Welcome to OnChain360, a cryptocurrency analytics platform that enables users to track market data, analyze wallets across multiple blockchains, monitor SEC filings, and manage portfolios. By accessing or using OnChain360, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OnChain360 (“Service”, “Platform”, “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Services Provided

OnChain360 offers tiered subscription access to:

• Real-time market data for 14,000+ cryptocurrencies
• Multi-chain wallet analytics across 130+ blockchain networks, including saved wallet bookmarks
• Whale transaction tracking, proprietary on-chain large-movement detection
• Token unlock schedule monitoring and alerts
• Funding rates tracker across major exchanges
• Composite risk scoring (0 to 100) combining on-chain, macro, and market structure signals
• AI Intelligence Suite, Onyx, an AI assistant powered by Anthropic, providing market analysis and on-chain insights
• SEC filing monitoring and regulatory alerts
• TradingView-powered professional charts
• Portfolio tracking with P&L analytics
• Custom price alerts and notifications
• Correlation matrix analysis
• DeFi protocol tracking
• Exchange listings monitor
• Exchange directory and volume analytics
• Leverage and liquidation analytics
• Contract scanner for token security analysis
• Airdrop tracking and eligibility monitoring
• Funds and VC investment tracking
• Launchpad analytics and IDO/ICO monitoring
• Crypto news aggregation
• Project intelligence and development activity tracking

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using OnChain360, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. OnChain360 may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized behavior.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• You authorize OnChain360 to charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees
• Prices include GST where applicable
• You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges
• No refunds for partial billing periods

If your tier includes usage limits (e.g. number of tracked coins, alerts, or API requests), OnChain360 may restrict access to features beyond those limits. These limits will be visible in your dashboard.

Founding Member Pricing

During the founding member period, OnChain360 offers early subscribers a locked-in founding rate as described at the time of signup. Founding rates are personal, non-transferable, and apply only while the subscription remains active and in good standing.

6. Intellectual Property

• OnChain360 and all related platform components are the property of Auralis Holdings Pty Ltd
• You retain ownership of your portfolio data and saved configurations
• Market data displayed on OnChain360 is sourced from third-party providers and remains their property
• By using OnChain360, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver platform functionality

6A. Licensing and Usage Restrictions

OnChain360 is provided under a tiered license model for personal use:

Free Tier

• Licensed for personal, non-commercial use only
• Limited features: 5 coins tracked, 5 price alerts, BTC charts only
• Includes real-time market data, crypto news feed, and markets overview
• Redistribution, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited

Pro Tier

• Licensed for personal use under an active paid subscription
• Track up to 20 coins with 20 price alerts
• Includes all Free features plus: full TradingView charts, portfolio tracking, funding rates tracker, leverage calculator, exchange listings, SEC filings feed, SEC filing alerts, whale tracker, contract scanner, token unlock calendar, airdrops, and launchpads
• Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling is strictly prohibited
• Scraping, redistributing, or reselling market data obtained through OnChain360 is prohibited

Premium Tier

• Licensed for personal use under an active paid subscription
• Unlimited coins tracked with unlimited price alerts
• Includes all Pro features plus: AI Market Intelligence, wallet analytics (multi-chain), correlation matrix, DeFi analytics, and risk scores
• Reverse engineering, reselling, sublicensing, or white-labeling is strictly prohibited
• Scraping, redistributing, or reselling market data obtained through OnChain360 is prohibited

Auralis Holdings Pty Ltd retains all rights not expressly granted. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension, license revocation, and legal enforcement.

6B. Third-Party Services and Data Providers

OnChain360 integrates with third-party services to provide market data, charts, and analytics. By using OnChain360, you also agree to the terms of these providers.

TradingView Charts

Our interactive charts are powered by TradingView widgets. TradingView is a registered trademark of TradingView, Inc. TradingView content is provided for display-only, informational purposes. TradingView's Terms of Use apply. OnChain360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView, Inc.

CoinGecko Market Data

Market prices, market cap rankings, and cryptocurrency metadata are sourced from CoinGecko. CoinGecko's Terms of Service apply. Data may be delayed or cached for performance.

GoldRush (Covalent) Blockchain Data

Wallet analytics, multi-chain balances, and EVM whale tracking data are powered by GoldRush (Covalent). GoldRush's Terms of Use apply.

CryptoRank Market Intelligence

Token unlock schedules, vesting data, airdrops, launchpad information, and funding round data are sourced from CryptoRank. CryptoRank's Terms and Conditions apply.

Anthropic AI Assistant

The Onyx AI assistant is powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you interact with Onyx, your queries are processed by Anthropic. Anthropic's Terms of Service apply. OnChain360 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, PBC. Do not share sensitive personal or financial information in AI chat sessions.

Resend Email Delivery

Transactional emails including account notifications, price alerts, and contact form responses are delivered via Resend. Resend's Terms of Service apply to email delivery.

Alert Notifications

Alert notifications can be delivered via email, push notifications, Telegram, and Discord. Each platform's respective terms of service apply.

Other Data Providers

OnChain360 may also integrate data from CryptoCompare (news and market sentiment), DeFiLlama (DeFi protocol analytics), GitHub (project development activity), and SEC EDGAR (regulatory filings). Each provider's respective terms apply to their data.

7. Data Privacy and Protection

OnChain360 complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal and portfolio data will only be used to provide platform functionality, never be sold to third parties, and be stored securely with encryption and access controls.

Upon cancellation of your account, all associated portfolio data, alerts, and preferences will be permanently deleted. Users are solely responsible for exporting their data prior to initiating cancellation.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use OnChain360 to:

• Scrape, redistribute, or resell market data
• Circumvent platform restrictions, rate limits, or security measures
• Use automated tools to excessively query our APIs
• Engage in market manipulation or illegal trading activity
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property

8A. Sanctions & Restricted Jurisdictions

OnChain360 complies with international sanctions laws, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).

Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not access or use OnChain360 if you are located in, or a resident of, any of the following sanctioned countries or regions:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Russia
• Belarus
• Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine

Our payment processor (Stripe) automatically blocks transactions from sanctioned jurisdictions. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Crypto-Restricted Jurisdictions

Some countries have enacted laws restricting or prohibiting cryptocurrency-related activities. While OnChain360 provides analytics and market data (not trading or custody services), users in the following jurisdictions should be aware of local restrictions:

• China
• Egypt
• Qatar
• Morocco
• Bangladesh
• Nepal

User Warranty

By using OnChain360, you represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in, or a resident of, any sanctioned country or region
• You are not on any government sanctions list
• Your use of this Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including regulations concerning cryptocurrency, financial data, and digital assets
• You will not use OnChain360 to circumvent or violate any local laws or regulations

OnChain360 reserves the right to terminate accounts and restrict access for users who violate these terms or are determined to be accessing the Service from prohibited jurisdictions.

9. Financial Disclaimer

OnChain360 is not a financial advisor. All information provided is for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and carry significant risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research (DYOR) before making financial decisions and consult qualified financial professionals for personalized advice.

10. Availability and Downtime

OnChain360 strives for high availability but is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Outages, maintenance, and data delays may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnChain360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue, profits, or data; financial losses from trading decisions based on platform data; inaccuracies in third-party market data; or any third-party integrations or external services.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. OnChain360 may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or misuse, and reserves the right to revoke licenses or restrict platform access if a user breaches license restrictions or engages in unauthorized distribution.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted, and continued use of OnChain360 constitutes acceptance.
