When you create an account, we collect:

- Device information (operating system, browser type)

- Usage analytics and performance metrics

- Payment method details (processed securely by our payment providers)

1.5 What We Do NOT Collect
- Private keys or seed phrases
- Exchange login credentials
- Direct access to your wallets. We only read publicly available on-chain data
- Any data that could compromise your crypto assets
2. How We Use Your Information
2.1 Service Provision
We use your information to provide and maintain the platform, fetch and display market data for your watchlists, analyze wallet addresses using public blockchain data, store and sync your portfolios and alerts, and process payments and manage subscriptions.
2.2 Communication
We may contact you to send account-related notifications, deliver price alerts and SEC filing notifications, send product and feature updates, provide customer support, send important service updates, and respond to your inquiries. All transactional emails are delivered via Resend.
2.3 Improvement and Analytics
We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services, analyze usage patterns, develop new functionality, and ensure platform security and performance.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
OnChain360 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with the following service providers who process user data on our behalf:
- Stripe: payment processing (receives billing email and payment details)
- Supabase: database and authentication infrastructure (stores account data)
- Anthropic: AI assistant (Onyx); your chat queries are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses
- Resend: transactional email delivery (receives email addresses for alerts, account notifications, contact form responses)
These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and may only use your data to provide services to OnChain360.
3.3 Hosting and Infrastructure
Our platform is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs may contain request metadata such as IP addresses and user agents, but no user account data is shared with Vercel.
3.4 Data Sources
We fetch market data and public information from third-party sources including CoinGecko, CryptoCompare, CryptoRank, GoldRush, and SEC EDGAR.
3.5 Public Blockchain Data
When you submit a wallet address for analysis, we query public blockchain APIs to fetch transaction and balance data. This data is publicly available on the blockchain. We do not store wallet addresses or transaction data from your lookups.
3.6 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, to protect our rights and property, prevent fraud or security threats, or respond to government requests.
4. Data Security
We implement HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest, secure authentication and access controls, and regular security audits.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as required by law. When you delete your account, all personal data, portfolio and watchlist data, and alert configurations are permanently deleted. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by you or by us. You may request a copy of your data at any time in a standard, machine-readable format.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, update, delete, and export your personal information. You can opt out of marketing communications and manage cookie settings through your browser. Contact us directly to exercise any of these rights.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other applicable privacy laws.
8. Children's Privacy
OnChain360 is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive only basic profile information (name, email) and you can revoke access at any time.
10. Financial Disclaimer
OnChain360 provides cryptocurrency market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and sending an email notification. Your continued use of OnChain360 after changes constitutes acceptance.
